CUSTOM FRAMING
Custom framing by Autumn Hill Artworks ensures that your fine art photographs are properly matted, mounted, and framed according to archival standards established by the American Institute of Conservation and the Northeast Document Conservation Center.
In addition, all frames are handcrafted by us using high quality frame moulding and industry standard joining methods. We use only archival quality matting and mounting materials (and high quality conservation clear UV-protected glass or high quality non-UV clear glass as you prefer) to create a protective environment for your fine art photographs so they are safe from pollutants that ordinarily cause yellowing and deterioration.
To draw the greatest amount of attention to each fine art photograph, we usually use a white mat and classically-styled wood frame with simple lines. Add approximately 5" to 8" to each side of unframed print size for final framed print dimensions.
