Returns and Exchanges
Autumn Hill Artworks guarantees your satisfaction, and we realize that sometimes it’s necessary for you to return or exchange an item. We offer you a no-hassle 100% money-back guarantee! Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to process your request.
Custom-made pieces and those that you’ve subsequently shipped internationally (outside of the US and Canada) are not returnable.
Follow these steps to facilitate your return or exchange:

Contact us by phone at 508-285-2099 or by email at inquiry@autumnhillartworks.com to receive return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).
Package your item with the original packaging materials (if available and in excellent condition) and a completed Return and Exchange Form which was included with your shipment. If you don’t have the form, a copy is available for you here to download and print.
Affix the shipping label to the package.
Call the shipper for pick-up or take the package to the nearest shipping location.
Return of Damaged Items
Make sure you examine the condition and contents of your package as soon as it’s delivered. Autumn Hill Artworks will pay return shipping for any item that was damaged during shipment to you, provided you notify us within 5 days of receipt of the damaged item. Please keep all original shipment and packaging materials.

Refunds
Returns
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit via the same form of payment you used to purchase the item, assuming it arrives undamaged. Damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. Any credit due will include the price you paid for the item(s) minus any shipping and handling charges. You will be notified of the status of your return via email or postal mail.
Exchanges
You can order the new item right away, and although we need to charge you the purchase price, we’ll waive the shipping and handling charges. Once we receive the item for exchange (undamaged), we’ll issue a credit via the same form of payment you used for your original purchase.
Packaging Guidelines
The following are some general packaging guidelines for your convenience. Please contact the shipper for further details and instruction.
Use a sturdy, corrugated box in excellent (new) condition and with strength suitable for the weight of its contents.
Remove any prior labels and markings from the box.
Wrap items separately.
Use proper and adequate cushioning material. The contents should not move when you shake the box. Fragile items need adequate separation from each other and from every part of the box. Surround each item by at least two inches (5.08 cm) of cushioning and place them at least two inches (5.08 cm) away from the walls of the box. Certain pieces of artwork may require additional cushioning or a double box.
Use strong tape designed for shipping such as two-inch wide pressure-sensitive plastic or nylon-reinforced tape, or three-inch wide 60-pound grade water-activated reinforced tape.
Close the box securely, and apply three strips of tape to the top and bottom.
Do NOT use masking, cellophane, duct, or water-activated paper tapes; paper over-wrap, or string.
Affix only one address label with delivery and return addresses completely and clearly written.
Include a duplicate address label within the box.
